Aurofall: Crystal Puzzle is developed and provided by AuroNile. This policy explains the current Android game and this support website. Effective date: October 29, 2026. Applies to Android version 4.4 and later. Earlier versions did not include AdMob.

The game and your information

The game does not require an account. AuroNile does not operate a gameplay server for this version. This version includes Google AdMob advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform for privacy choices. AuroNile does not upload your puzzle board or saved progress.

Advertising and privacy choices

Google AdMob displays occasional ads between completed puzzles and optional rewarded ads. Depending on the offer selected, completing a rewarded ad grants 20 in-game XP, 3 Undo uses, or 1 Nim’s Pulse charge. These rewards have no cash value. Rotation, retrying puzzles and story continuation remain free. Ads require internet; puzzles remain playable offline.

Google's advertising SDK handles network addresses (which can indicate approximate location), interactions with ads and the app, technical performance information, and device or advertising identifiers. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, operate its services, and combat invalid activity. Information may be shared with Google's advertising partners as applicable. Transfers use TLS. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google advertising information.

Where required, a Google consent message appears before ad requests. The SDK uses your privacy choices and regional requirements when determining which ads can be requested. When available, open Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or change your selection. You may reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device settings. These choices do not erase Google's separately retained records; use Google's privacy controls or contact the relevant provider for those requests. This release has no separately installed Firebase Analytics SDK or other ad-network mediation SDK.

This build disables ad personalization and requests teen age-restricted treatment for all users because no age is collected. Ad content is limited to Google's G level. This does not prevent all SDK data collection or replace applicable privacy choices.

Saved on your device

Your board, remaining pieces, score, personal best, world unlocks, XP, crystals and sound or haptic preferences are saved locally to support play and resume. Earlier Aurofall progress may remain on the device when you update. This information is not uploaded to an AuroNile account or leaderboard.

Android may back up or restore app data according to your device and Google backup settings. Those system services are controlled by Android and your settings, rather than an AuroNile cloud-save service.

Story chapter progress, shrine stars, rescued creatures, lightseeds, Nim’s Pulse charges and an active story mission are also saved locally. Story and endless-puzzle saves are stored separately.

Permissions and Google Play

The app uses internet access for ads, privacy messages and Google Play updates, and vibration permission for optional touch feedback. Google Mobile Ads also declares advertising-ID access. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location or photos. Gameplay works offline. Google Play may process information under its own policies when delivering, updating or managing an app you installed from the store. The game does not provide AuroNile with your Google account credentials.

Support messages

If you choose to email hello@auronile.com, AuroNile receives your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your request and resolve support issues, and retain it only as necessary for support and applicable legal obligations. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. You can email us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to obligations that require retention.

This website

This support website does not include advertising, analytics, registration or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Netlify. When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site under its own policies. Links to AuroNile, Google or other external websites are governed by those services' policies.

Your choices and deletion

You can switch sound and touch feedback off in Settings. To remove local game data, use Android Settings → Apps → Aurofall → Storage → Clear data. This resets saved puzzles, preferences and progress. You may also uninstall the app and manage any Android backups through your device settings. There is no Aurofall account to delete.

Children and safety

The game targets teenagers aged 13 and above and adults, rather than children under 13. It has no chat, user-generated content, purchases or accounts. Ad data handling is described above. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support email, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game's features or data practices change. The effective date will be revised. Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@auronile.com.
